Job summary

Aspire Public Schools is seeking a President to lead its non‑instructional enterprise across finance, technology, operations, legal, people and facilities. The President reports to the CEO and oversees CFO, CTO and General Counsel, aligning function leaders with scholar outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in senior leadership, experience with large multi-site organizations, and a strong track record of improving organizational performance while partnering with boards and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience reporting to a CEO or equivalent.
• Experience running finance, operations, technology and people functions as a line executive.
• Experience leading or integrating a large, complex, multi-site organization (charter network preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building with boards, funders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal non‑instructional enterprise, translating CEO strategy into priorities and metrics.
• Run annual planning, set organizational goals, dashboards and performance reviews.
• Directly manage senior leaders across Finance, Technology, People and Operations, ensuring accountability.
• Oversee the services agreement and brand/licensing relationships with external entities.
• Lead transition activities, including the Aspire Los Angeles separation and stand up of a unified support office.
• Model Aspire's values, drive organizational change with transparency and respect.
