Job summary

Aspire Public Schools is seeking a President to lead Aspire NorCal's non-instructional functions and set operating priorities that serve scholars. This role reports to the CEO and partners with the Board to ensure accountability and strong school support across multiple sites.

The President will manage a senior leadership team, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee the separation work related to Aspire Los Angeles while modernizing the support model with technology and AI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience reporting to a CEO, superintendent, or Board.
• Experience running finance, operations, technology, and people as a line executive.
• Experience leading a large, multi-site organization; public education experience preferred.
• Proven track record of improving organizational performance across sites.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, People and Facilities.
• Set operating priorities and performance routines with clear metrics and dashboards.
• Lead the one support office for Aspire NorCal and manage relations with Aspire Los Angeles.
• Build and lead a high-impact leadership team aligned to scholar outcomes.
• Collaborate with Board, funders, authorizers, and community partners.
