BSG is conducting an executive search for a President for a fast-growing, private equity-backed building products manufacturer in New England. The role reports to the CEO and oversees Operations, Manufacturing and Technology, acting as a trusted operating partner to guide growth and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a President, COO, or GM with readiness for broader enterprise leadership.
• Minimum two years of multifunctional P&L leadership experience.
• Background in B2B industrial manufacturing with physical products.
• Experience in engineered or manufactured physical products and PE-backed environments.
• Comfort with leading through organizational change and scale.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day core business performance across operations, manufacturing, and technology.
• Establish weekly and monthly operating cadence with the leadership team.
• Translate strategy into functional execution plans and KPIs.
• Lead board meeting content and sponsor reporting.
• Partner with CEO and executives to drive growth and integration of acquisitions.
