Bellevue Talent Partners is assisting a confidential private equity-backed manufacturer in search of a Chief Executive Officer to guide its growth. The successful candidate will lead P&L, professionalize operations, and drive strategic initiatives with the current management team.

This hands-on leader will strengthen sales and marketing, implement KPIs, and deliver scalable growth in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• P&L leadership within manufacturing or related industrial sectors.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven revenue growth.
• Experience steering a founder-led or family-owned business.
• Ability to run both commercial and operational functions in a smaller company.
• Capability to build teams, implement KPIs, and drive accountability.
• Private equity or investor-backed exposure is a plus.
• M&A and integration experience is advantageous.
