Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a P&L and budgeting processes.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, marketing, finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall business strategy and organizational direction for the Des Moines Buccaneers.
• Develop long-term plans to increase revenue, profitability, attendance, and brand awareness.
• Oversee revenue-generating functions including partnerships, ticketing, merchandise, and events.
• Provide regular financial reporting and strategic advisory to ownership.
• Build and lead a high-performance business operations team.
• Represent the organization with league officials, sponsors, and community partners.
