Job description

The client is seeking an experienced, results-oriented executive to serve as President of a Minor League Baseball club in Brooklyn. The President will be the primary local leader and public face of the organization, setting strategic direction and providing day-to-day leadership to ensure strong overall business performance, brand stewardship, and operational execution. This full-time, exempt role reports to the Regional Vice President (RVP) for the Northeast Region.

The President will provide oversight and leadership across key revenue-generating and operating areas, including ticket sales and service, corporate partnerships, marketing and promotions, food and beverage, merchandise, and stadium operations. The role includes ownership of the club’s annual budget and P&L performance, with responsibility for setting and driving revenue and expense targets in partnership with The client’s finance leadership. The President is also expected to represent the club and The client with relevant league stakeholders, local government, community partners, and fans.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading a large-scale consumer, sports, or hospitality business, with a proven record of driving revenue, developing teams, and cultivating key stakeholder relationships. The President will lead the club’s senior leadership team and ensure effective coordination and performance across major functional departments to deliver strong fan experiences and sustainable operational results.
