You will set strategic direction, align plant, paving, commercial and support functions, and build leadership capability while delivering profitable growth and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Senior management with earnings and budget responsibility
• Proven multi-site operations leadership in construction materials
