Job summary

CRH Americas Materials seeks a President for the APAC Mississippi/Tennessee HMAC to lead the integrated construction materials operation across Mississippi and Tennessee. You will own end-to-end performance—safety, operations, sales, finance, and customer relations—while setting the strategic direction, allocating resources, and building an accountable leadership team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction materials, asphalt, paving/construction, or related industrial environments.
• Senior management experience with responsibility for earnings, budgets and profitability.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and allocate resources to improve financial performance.
• Experience leading multi-site operations with safety, quality and customer-service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, people & culture with a safety-first operating rhythm.
• Own full business performance for the Mississippi/Tennessee HMAC platform including revenue, EBITDA, margins, and working capital.
• Develop and execute annual operating and capital plans for market growth and asset utilization.
• Oversee operations, construction, quality execution, and equipment readiness across locations.
• Shape commercial strategy, manage key customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
