Job summary

APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, is hiring a Project Manager to lead asphalt paving projects from award to completion. You will work with operations teams, customers, and partners to deliver safe, high-quality work on schedule and within budget.

You may also support estimating activities as needed, contribute to bid development, and help drive profitable project outcomes for the CRH Mississippi team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects, preferably heavy civil, roadway, paving, infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage asphalt paving projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and production plans.
• Partner with Superintendents and Operations leaders to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Monitor job costs, productivity, subcontractor performance, and overall project progress.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, trucking, and subcontractor activities to support successful project delivery.
• Review project quantities, pay estimates, invoicing, and financial performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and proactively identify solutions to keep projects moving forward.
