YMCA of the High Country is seeking a President/CEO to guide two-county operations in Avery and Mitchell counties, NC. The role drives strategic direction, financial stewardship, and program impact across youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

The successful candidate will lead a growing organization, expanding partnerships and earned revenue while maintaining high-quality, financially sustainable programs and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, fundraising, and community partnerships.
