Location: Westchester County, New York

Hanover Search Group has been retained to identify a President for a well-established, independent Property & Casualty insurance brokerage based in Westchester County, New York.

The firm has built a highly regarded middle-market franchise with particular expertise across Construction, Real Estate and High Net Worth Personal Lines.The business is entering an important next phase of its development, and the incoming President will play a central role in the continued evolution of the organization and the transition to its next generation of leadership.

This is a broad executive leadership mandate. Working closely with the existing ownership team and Board, the President will progressively assume responsibility for many of the senior-level functions currently managed by the firm's principals, while preserving the client-centric culture and entrepreneurial approach that have underpinned the company's success.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an accomplished insurance executive with significant experience in the middle-market P&C brokerage sector, ideally within the New York Tri-State market.

The successful candidate will bring:

• Strong knowledge of Construction and Real Estate risks and clientele
• Familiarity with High Net Worth Personal Lines
• A track record of developing and maintaining sophisticated, long-standing client relationships
