Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior relationship leader for the firm's most important clients.
• Provide leadership, guidance and strategic oversight to an experienced team.
• Partner with management on talent, organizational development, staffing and other key people decisions.
• Represent the organization with clients, carriers, industry partners and relevant external organizations.
• Help shape and execute the firm's longer-term growth strategy, including organic growth initiatives and potential strategic opportunities.
• Ensure continuity of leadership as responsibilities progressively transition from the current ownership team.
