We’re seeking a practicing Catholic with at least 10 years of senior leadership experience at a mission-based secondary institution, including managing a large, complex organization. Strong candidates bring proven fundraising and community relationship-building skills, a collaborative and transparent leadership style, and the executive presence to build consensus across a diverse, multi-stakeholder community. Current and former heads of school are encouraged to apply, as are experienced educational leaders ready for their first presidency.
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
