Job summary

Notre Dame High School in Southern California seeks its next President to start July 2027, leading a Catholic, Holy Cross-sponsored college-preparatory community of about 1,250 students with strong alumni support and a five-year strategic vision.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President will oversee academic excellence, financial health, fundraising, and mission, while guiding a talented senior leadership team and sustaining Holy Cross charism in daily school life.

Qualifications

• Evidence of successful senior leadership at a mission-based secondary school.
• Proven ability to fundraise and build donor/ally relationships.
• Experience guiding strategic planning and school operations.
