Job summary

ExecuStaff Kuwait seeks a Preservation Architect to join our team in Los Angeles for a 6-month contract. You will assess historical buildings, develop preservation plans, and coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure compliant, on-schedule restorations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Architecture or related field, at least 5 years in preservation, and strong communication and project-management skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Los Angles As a Preservation Architect you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures while adhering to local and national preservation guidelines This is a contract position with an expected duration of 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine their preservation needs


• Develop preservation plans and strategies for each project considering budget constraints and relevant regulations


• Collaborate with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of restored buildings


• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for restoration projects


• Oversee the implementation of restoration projects ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule


• Conduct regular inspections during the restoration process to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with preservation guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field


• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Preservation Architect preferably in the USA


• Extensive knowledge of local and national preservation guidelines and regulations


• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary 1600$ per month negotiable based on experience
