The Preservation Architect will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in Los Angeles They will work closely with clients contractors and other professionals to ensure that all preservation work is done in accordance with historical preservation standards and guidelines The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture historic preservation and building restoration They must have excellent attention to detail and a deep understanding of architectural history and styles Experience working with local government agencies and obtaining necessary permits is preferred This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team The salary for this position is $1500 per month with accommodation provided This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Preservation Architect to contribute to the preservation of Los Angeles rich architectural heritage
