Job summary

National Bank of Arizona (NBAZ) in Prescott Valley is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker to deliver full-service banking with a sales and service focus. You will build personalized relationships, open accounts, assist with consumer and small business loans, and guide customers to the right bank solutions.

The role requires strong customer service, cross-selling, and referrals, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years' experience in sales, teller, new accounts or loan processing or other directly related experience.
• Previous experience in a financial sales representative-oriented role preferred.
• Working knowledge of mathematical calculations and standard banking products, services and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-service banking services to customers with a primary focus on sales and service.
• Resolve client concerns and refer clients to the appropriate bank department’s resource.
• Responsible for making referrals for other bank products and services, including lending products.
• Establish, expand and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service.
• Process cash transactions and open or update accounts; originate and close loans.
• Follow up with clients as needed.
