Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Must be 18 years old.
• IVP Finger Print Clearance Card required.
• Infant/Toddler CPR and First Aid Certified.
• Pass a Childcare Registry Background Check.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Professional and friendly disposition.
• Proficient with computers and software applications including Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite.
• Regularly sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and operate a computer and other office equipment.
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
• Frequent computer use in the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons and instructional materials.
• Provide direct instruction using a traditional curriculum.
• Instruct and monitor scholars in the use of learning materials and equipment.
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
• Observe and evaluate scholars’ performance and development.
• Support the mission, vision, and goals of Liberty Kids.
• Promote and adhere to Liberty Kids policies and procedures.
• Invest in the preschooler’s well-being, health, and safety physically/socially/emotionally.
