The Learning Experience Corp - Mesa, AZ is seeking a Lead Teacher to set academic foundations and inspire joy in young minds. You will lead classroom activities, mentor staff, and deliver our LEAP Curriculum across infant to preschool levels.

Requirements include state guidelines, a high school diploma or GED, and prior childcare leadership experience. You will engage families and maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment daily.

Qualifications

• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• High School Diploma/GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Extended experience in a childcare setting with leadership roles.
• Must meet state and federal immunization and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom activities and collaborate to create a welcoming space for children to learn and grow.
• Implement and adapt the proprietary curriculum to infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
• Prioritize safety and maintain a nurturing environment for all children.
• Communicate regularly with families about progress and milestones.
