Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking an enthusiastic preschool team member to provide loving care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. You will support daily routines, supervise activities, and help implement our classroom curriculum.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no late nights or weekends, weekly pay, and access to benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a preschool is strongly preferred.
• Degree or Certification in a childhood education related field is recommended but not required.
• Must currently be local

Responsibilities

• Care and well-being of children, including toileting, meals/snacks, rest time, and outdoor play.
• Curriculum implementation and close supervision in classrooms.
• Engage children with songs and stories to support learning.
