Job summary

Learning Zone Smyrna is seeking an enthusiastic caregiver to support young children in our classroom. You will help with daily routines, meals, rest times, and supervision while delivering age‑appropriate curriculum and activities.

The role emphasizes caring for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years and fostering a nurturing environment. Local candidates with a passion for early childhood education are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Six months of preschool experience preferred.
• Degree or certification in childhood education recommended but not required.
• Must currently be local to the Smyrna area.

Responsibilities

• Care for the well‑being of children, including toileting, meals, and rest time.
• Lead outdoor play, implement curriculum, and supervise classrooms.
• Engage children with songs, stories, and age-appropriate activities.

Monday - Friday Schedule (no late nights or weekends!)

Requested Qualifications:

• At least six months of experience in a preschool is strongly preferred.
• Degree or Certification in a childhood education related field is recommended but not required.
• Must currently be local
