Job summary

DTDMidTN, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic team member to care for young children in Smyrna, TN. You will participate in daily routines, such as toileting, meals, rest time, and supervised play, while engaging with songs and stories to support learning.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no late nights or weekends and a robust benefits package. Local candidates are preferred for this entry‑level position.

• At least six months of preschool experience preferred.
• Local resident required to work in Smyrna, TN.

Responsibilities

• Assist with care and well-being of children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
