Job summary

Cadence Education in Folsom, CA is hiring a Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations and deliver Cadence Education programs. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, including those with IEPs, while maintaining licensing compliance.

Under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher, you’ll collaborate with a team to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, document progress, and communicate professionally with families.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher.
• Previous early childhood or group care experience preferred.
• Read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families daily and build welcoming relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence programs.
• Follow safety, supervision, and reporting procedures per policy.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development.
• Maintain classroom routines and support the Lead Teacher.
