Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking a caring Part‑Time Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our growing early childhood team in Chesterbrook, PA. The Floater position covers 12pm–6pm or 3–6pm shifts, helping create a safe, engaging classroom where children explore and learn through play.

Responsibilities include designing age‑appropriate activities, maintaining routines, and building partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing Part‑ Time Preschool Teacher Assistant, Floater (12pm‑6pm or 3‑6pm) to join our growing early childhood education team! Our program is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support every child’s development through discovery and play.

As a Preschool Teacher Assistant, you’ll create a safe and engaging classroom where children can explore the world around them while building independence and essential early learning skills.
