Job summary

The Learning Experience in Illinois is seeking a Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can explore the LEAP curriculum through hands-on activities and guided play.

You will partner with families, communicate progress via app updates and conversations, and contribute to ongoing professional development and a supportive team focused on early childhood growth.

Qualifications

• Have a genuine passion for educating and caring for children.
• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months (required).
• An associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or high school diploma/GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschoolers.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a collaborative learning atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress through apps and in-person discussions.

Education
