Job summary

The Learning Experience seeks an experienced preschool teacher to join a supportive team and nurture early learners. You will create joyful, engaging classrooms that balance play and structured activities, guided by the LEAP Curriculum®.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and staff to promote academic and emotional growth. You will contribute to a positive learning environment, communicate progress to parents, and support enrollment goals while using the latest classroom resources

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree; High school diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum® across Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers according to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress via apps and personal discussions.
• Partner with daycare staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
