Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our Michigan team. You will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschoolers, and implement our LEAP curriculum featuring engaging characters to make learning fun.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field; High school diploma/GED accepted if required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen together.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s adventures and progress through apps and personal discussions.

Education
