Job summary

The Learning Experience - St. Charles, IL is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where children learn through play and guided discovery.

You will implement the L.E.A.P curriculum and build strong relationships with families and peers. Ideal candidates have 1 year of teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required) and an associate degree in ECE or related field (preferred) or a HS diploma/GED (required).

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred or HS diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a dynamic learning environment.
• Regularly communicate with parents about children’s adventures and achievements via mobile apps and discussions.
