Job summary

Bright Beginnings Academy is seeking a Preschool Floater Teacher to support the classroom team in delivering a safe, engaging learning environment for young children. You will assist with daily activities, help implement the curriculum, and maintain supervision and safety ratios throughout the day.

The role offers part-time hours Monday–Friday with potential scheduling flexibility. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preference for ECE coursework or CDA/TCC certification and a focus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework/degree in ECE preferred.
• TCC or CDA certification is desirable.
• Willingness to meet state licensing and ongoing professional development requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)required. Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• TCC or CDA
• At least 1 year of previous experience working with young children in a childcare, preschool, or similar setting preferred.
• Basic understanding of classroom procedures and willingness to learn state licensing and compliance requirements.
• Must meet all state-specific education, certification (including CPR/First Aid, whererequired), licensing, and regulatory requirements, including the ability to pass a background check and complete ongoing professional development.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with children, families, and team members.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
