O2B Kids, part of O2B Early Education, started in Gainesville, FL in 1998 and has expanded across Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Alabama, and Minnesota, with many new locations planned.

We are preparing to open two new locations in Minnesota early next year, in Sartell and Otsego. We plan to begin interviewing soon in these areas, with onsite hiring events in early November. Training will start in late December or early January.

We are hiring for various positions including preschool teachers, lead teachers, a kitchen manager, and more.

Possible Positions include:

• Infant Teacher
• Toddler Teacher
• Lead Preschool Teacher
• PreK Lead Teacher
• School-Age Counselor
• Receptionist
• Cafe/Nutrition Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work Monday - Friday for full-time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete assessments and observations
• Engage with parents and meet their needs
• Maintain classroom cleanliness
• Have fun!

Requirements:

• Training and experience are preferred, but we provide training and scholarships
• Credentials may be required for some positions
• CDA, Associate's Degree, or higher preferred but not required
• CPR/First Aid certification
