Job description

O2B Kids is a part of O2B Early Education which began in Gainesville, FL in 1998 and has grown widely in Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Alabama, and Minnesota, with many locations on the horizon, including several locations in new states.

We are preparing to open two brand new locations in Minnesota in the early new year. We would love to begin interviewing for these locations in Sartell and Otsego, in preparation for an onsite hiring event in early November. Please note, though we would like to begin hiring immediately, we won't begin to start training until late December or early January.

We are hiring for all positions including preschool teachers, lead teachers, a kitchen manager, and more!

• Cafe/Nutrition Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work Monday - Friday for full-time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
• Have fun!

Minimum Qualifications

• CDA, Associates Degree, or higher (preferred but not required)
• CPR/First Aid
• Experience working with children 0-13 years-old (preferred but not required)
• Willing to train!
