Job summary

The Learning Experience in South Carolina is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing classroom where children learn through play and discovery. You will implement the LEAP curriculum, foster curiosity, and partner with families to support every child’s growth.

Qualified candidates typically have 1 year of teaching experience or at least 6 months, and an associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field, or are currently enrolled.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or currently enrolled.
• There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum using its characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, fostering a dynamic play-and-learn environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions.
