Learn And Play Montessori School in Hercules, CA is hiring Montessori teachers. The role offers an hourly pay range of $23.00–$29.00 for a full-time position.

Qualifications

• 12 core ECE units and infant/toddler coursework completed.
• Child Care Development Associate (CDA) credential.
• Willingness to change diapers.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Availability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support success by coordinating with center staff on enrollment, accreditation, growth and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
