Job summary

Learn And Play Montessori Schools in Milpitas is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our team. The role focuses on nurturing children, delivering a Montessori + STEM curriculum, and building strong relationships with families and staff.

Responsibilities include creating a safe, engaging classroom, partnering with parents for quality care, and supporting school-wide goals around enrollment and growth. 12 ECE units and a CDA are required, along with state employment criteria.

Qualifications

• 12 core ECE Units & Infant/toddler course completed.
• Child Care Developmental Associate (CDA) Credential.
• Willingness to change diapers.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Pay Range: $23.00- $29.00 per hour
