Job summary

The Goddard School in Spring House is seeking Lead and Assistant Preschool Teachers to join a growing team as we open a new classroom in January 2027.

We value educators who bring at least three years of verified Early Child Care experience, love to plan daily lessons, and collaborate with Lead Teacher and other classrooms. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Three years of verified experience in early child care.
• Able to learn from a growing team and collaborate with Lead Teacher.
• Passionate about high-quality education for young children.
• Comfortable collaborating with Lead Teacher and other classrooms in the school.
• Implementing and creating daily lesson plans.
• Experienced with positive classroom management techniques.
• Nurturing instincts to support children leading their own learning through play.

• Support Lead Teacher and classroom operations.

We are interviewing daily to find Lead and Assistant Teachers to support all ages. Our fourth school year is underway and our incredible faculty has grown so much in that time! We are now looking to add additional support to our growing school!

Candidates should share their experience working with Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and School-Aged students. While building our faculty, we will provide all teachers the opportunity to explore various ages and developmental levels as we find ideal mutual fits for each teacher.
