Job summary

The Goddard School in Moon Township is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to support our growing program and upcoming school year planning. You will lead a preschool classroom, develop engaging lesson plans, and collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality early learning.

We value educators with 3+ years of early childhood experience and a Bachelor’s in Education, who are enthusiastic about play-based learning and positive classroom management.

About the Opportunity:

We are actively hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher to support our continued growth and upcoming school year planning. As we enter our third school year, our faculty has grown significantly—and we are continuing to build a strong, stable, and inspiring teaching team.
We are interviewing daily for Lead Teachers across multiple age groups. While this role is focused on Preschool, we value experience across Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-K. As we grow, teachers will have opportunities to explore different age groups to find the best mutual fit and long-term alignment.
