The Goddard School in Spring House is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to join our established team. You will work closely with the Infant Room team to provide nurturing, development-focused care and create daily lesson plans that support early learning through play.

Qualifications

• Five years of verified experience in Day Care or Child Care Centers.
• Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Education.
• Active Child Development Associate.
• Excited to learn from a growing team and implement daily lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead Infant Room teaching with a collaborative team.
• Implement and create daily lesson plans.
• Provide personalized care and support to infants.
• Support new families with their infants.
• Maintain strong communication with families.
