Qualifications

• Preschool CDA-Child Development Associate certificate is required.
• Associate’s degree in early childhood education or child development preferred.
• Bachelor’s or AA in field outside ECE with 60 college credits, 15 in ECE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to plan and implement activities.
• Lead classroom in lead teacher’s absence.
• Support dual language learners under Planned Language Approach.
• Ensure child safety, supervision and appropriate discipline.
• Maintain documentation and attendance per licensing.
