Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team in Lebanon, AL. You will create a safe, nurturing classroom and implement our LEAP curriculum, helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive in a caring, joyful environment.

You will build strong relationships with families and colleagues, communicate progress through our app and personal discussions, and contribute to a culture where curiosity and empathy guide early learning.

Qualifications

• Passion for educating and caring for young children.
• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred or 6 months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred or HS diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschoolers.
• Implement the LEAP curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's progress via apps and discussions.
