Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support children's growth.
• Communicate with parents about children's progress through apps and discussions
