Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for preschoolers. You will implement our LEAP curriculum and foster growth through play and structured activities.

You will build strong relationships with families and colleagues, communicate children’s adventures through apps and conversations, and contribute to a supportive, joyful learning environment.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field; high school diploma/GED acceptable if required.
• There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the proprietary LEAP curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a playful, educational atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s adventures and progress via apps and discussions.

Education
