Job summary

Camp Curiosity & Curiosity Academy in Doylestown, PA is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our family-owned school serving the community since 1965.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will nurture early learning and development, create a warm classroom, collaborate with families, and support daily routines while promoting curiosity, confidence, and independence in young children.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Ability to obtain required clearances: Background Check, FBI Fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearances, and Mandated Reporter Training.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Support daily routines including free play, guided activities, diapering/toileting, snacks/meals, and rest time.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom.
• Encourage social-emotional development, independence, problem-solving, and positive peer interactions.
• Observe, assess, and document developmental progress and milestones.
• Maintain open, professional communication with families regarding children's growth and experiences.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a consistent, high-quality learning environment.
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Assist in other classrooms and school activities as needed.

Curiosity Academy is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team!

At Curiosity Academy, we believe every child has a natural curiosity and desire to explore the world around them. We’re looking for a teacher who share these values and have a true passion for guiding toddlers during their earliest stages of learning and development.

We are seeking a nurturing, energetic teacher who are passionate about early childhood development and committed to helping young children build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

As an Preschool Teacher, you will create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that supports children's cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development. You will work collaboratively with fellow teachers, staff, and families to ensure each child receives individualized care and support during these important early years.

Qualifications
