Cadence Education in Prior Lake, MN is hiring a Preschool Teacher Assistant to support daily classroom activities under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment and assist with implementing Cadence Education programs, including those aligned with IEPs and behavior supports.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for Teacher Assistant.
• Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred.
• Background check and health screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive and respectful classroom environment.

• Assist in meeting individual developmental and behavioral needs, including IEPs.
