Job summary

Cadence Education in Normal, IL is seeking a Preschool Teacher Assistant to support daily classroom activities under supervision. You will help implement Cadence Education programs, ensure a safe and engaging environment, and assist in meeting the social, emotional, and developmental needs of children, including those with IEPs.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for Teacher Assistant.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances and health screenings.
• CDA preferred but not required if state requirements are satisfied.
• Prior experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive and respectful classroom environment for each child.
