Job summary

ADAPT Community Network in the Bronx seeks a Preschool Certified Teacher Assistant to join our Bronx Children's Program. This full-time role supports a licensed or certified teacher, providing instructional services to children in the classroom, and includes a sign-on bonus.

You will assist with supervision, materials, and daily activities, maintain confidentiality, and participate in staff meetings. NYS Teacher Assistant Certification is required; HS diploma or GED and English proficiency are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Complete required workshops before start date.
• NYS Teacher Assistant Certification (Level I–III) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and programmatic aid to children.
