Preschool Teacher Assistant (1yr, 2yrs, 3yrs old classroom)

Looking for highly energetic, compassionate, and dedicated teachers to be a part of our AWESOME classroom.

Requirements:

1. Must have an associate's Degree, or higher.
2. MUST have the ability to read, print, and speak fluent ENGLISH.
3. Dependable.
4. Pleasant personality.
5. Works well as part of the team.
6. Willing to learn skills and adapt to the needs based on the children’s care.
7. Experience with working in Infant group settings is preferable.

Skills and Training:

1. Must possess excellent communication skills.
2. Assist Teachers with curriculum, assessment, and job responsibilities.
3. Clean background check.
4. Provide a safe, positive, and healthy environment for kids.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Work the same schedule hours every day (Monday-Friday) and be reliable.
2. Be able to move around the majority of the day.
3. Perform all activities with children such as jumping, dancing, walking, and running.
4. Respond quickly and appropriately to children's needs.
5. Be able to sit on the floor with the children with the agility to change position quickly.
6. Be flexible and willing to work as a team.
