Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing Preschool Teacher Assistant Floater to join our early childhood education team. Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm, across classrooms serving infants through preschool.

As a Preschool Teacher Assistant, you’ll create a safe and engaging classroom where children explore, build independence, and develop essential early learning skills. You’ll work with families and co-teachers to ensure a high-quality learning experience.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Our program is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support every child's development through discovery and play. This role offers the opportunity to work across classrooms serving all children from infants through preschool.
