Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in Richmond, VA is seeking an Assistant Infant Teacher to join our caring team. You will provide a warm, responsive classroom experience that supports the youngest learners and their families.

In this role, you’ll build trusting relationships with families, ensure a safe, stimulating environment, and collaborate with the teaching team to meet licensing standards and maintain our commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• HS diploma or GED must be completed.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
