• Is an immersed believer and an active member of a church.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must have or obtain DCF state-mandated training within the first 90 days of employment.
• Interest in furthering education (CDA, FCCPC, or a related degree).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a teacher assistant or substitute in an early learning environment.
• Evolving knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices in Early Childhood Education.
