We are looking to hire an Assistant Teacher. (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED) IMMEDIATE HIRE

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing the daily classroom schedule in accordance with our curriculum.
2. Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidence.
3. Assist in keeping a safe, sanitary classroom environment.
4. Maintain overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines in our employee handbook.
5. Assist in other capacities that the Director, or designee, determines are necessary.
6. Adhere to all Company and DCF policies and procedures.
7. Be a team player.
8. Have a love for children and a desire to make a difference in a child's life.
9. Be friendly and approachable.
10. Work collaboratively with Teachers and Assistants inside the classroom.
11. We are willing to train; no experience needed, but online courses must be completed within the first 90 days of employment.

Requirements:

1. Be a team player.
2. Have a warm, approachable disposition.
3. All positions are Monday-Friday, NO WEEKENDS, 40+ hours, with a shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
4. Must be able to work all days Monday through Friday.
5. No experience needed; will train.
6. Clearinghouse background screening required.
